Apostle Elsworth Williams

Dominion Worship Centre International is an apostolic/prophetic network of churches and ministries that recognize the need for accountability, divine connection, impartation, resources, and apostolic covering. We are deeply honored and blessed to have Apostle Elsworth Williams as our spiritual father, who provides apostolic covering, counsel, and covenant relationship to us as we endeavor to carry out the vision that God has given us. This level of relationship and ministry plays a significant role in our lives to fulfill the assignment and mandate of the ministry.
Apostle Elsworth Williams is the superintendent of the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches in Guyana, better known as “P.C.” He was born in Henrietta, Essequibo Coast, in Guyana, South America. He is the husband of Othellene “Carmen” Williams and the father of Abigail, Elsworth Junior, and Eworth. Apostle Elsworth was saved at the age of 15 and started to preach six months later. He attended the Haruaruni Bible School and later the Word of Life Bible School in Uppsala, Sweden. He has pastored for over 27 years in Guyana and Suriname, and over the same period, he has preached in many crusades and evangelistic meetings. Over the years, he has ministered in conferences and seminars. He also taught in the Bible schools in Guyana and Suriname. He has served on the National Leadership Team of the Full Gospel Fellowship in Georgetown, Guyana, and later on the Apostolic Team of Full Gospel Fellowship for over 21 years. He also served on the Suriname Apostolic Team for about 5 years. Apostle Elsworth has been the main speaker for the popular television program “Hour of Power.” He has traveled to Africa, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, North and South America, and many other countries, totaling over twenty. He is presently serving as pastor of the Albouystown Fellowship and is the leader of the Guyana Apostolic Team. Elsworth Williams is a leader in the International Christian Leadership Connections. Each person in ICLC represents a sphere of churches incorporating national and international dimensions. To further implement the command of Jesus to reach the world, ICLC realized they must be more integrated in their approach. They saw that ‘together we could leverage spiritual, mental, physical, and financial resources, thus making each of us stronger.’ The role of ICLC is to further impart, envision, empower, train, and facilitate the preaching of the gospel and the establishing of churches and schools throughout the world. They are servants who desire to raise up functioning apostolic teams in every nation and in every region of those nations. This is done through the locally autonomous churches in covenant with one another and with the Apostolic Company. They prepare international, national, regional, and local teams for the hands-on work of maturing Christ’s church.
